145 Guest Key Hilton Tempo Hotel to be infilled within the existing parking lot adjacent to Fairfield Inn on 1st Avenue North. This would be the fourth and final hotel for the developer who owns The Elyton, Fairfield Inn, and the Element at The Brown Marx building. The project was decided not to move forward due to construction costs and the current hospitality market in Birmingham.
