The Painted Lady is a 22-room boutique hotel located in the Battery Phase II Development. The hotel is located in a former well-known brothel in the former automotive district - Historic Tax Credits, both Federal and State were used for the redevelopment

Role: Senior Project Manager - responsible for all architectural and interior design, was the client liaison with Lark Hotels. Worked with the historic tax credit consultant to ensure compliance was met.
