296 Unit Mixed Use Multifamily Development in Athens, Georgia. The development included 9,500 square feet of retail space and 10,800 square feet of amenity space. The development was designed to face an existing retail development that was under construction. The mixed-use section allowed for the transition to the developer’s main residential building design.

Role: Assisted the new project manager and their team in developing the project and understanding firm standards. Provided production assistance, code review, and design detailing.
