Tenant Fitup of a section of the Battery II project. The client wanted to create a speakeasy/prohibition-style bar. The bar owners have a seasonal, unique cocktail menu, and in addition to the main bar, they desired to have a commercial kitchen space that allowed them to have a test kitchen.
